Vitest 워커 수 줄이기

일회성: 실행 플래그

./npm run test:run -- --maxWorkers=4
./npm run test:run -- --maxWorkers=25%       # 코어 대비 비율
./npm run test:run -- --no-file-parallelism  # 파일을 하나씩 순차 실행

상시: 설정 파일

Vitest 4 에서는 예전 poolOptions.threads.maxThreads 대신 test 바로 아래의 maxWorkers 를 쓴다.

OS 수준의 리소스 상한

Vitest 설정과 무관하게 CPU·메모리를 확실하게 묶는다.

워커별 Node 힙 제한
